Scott & Susan Walter own and operate Magnolia Custom Homes. It was first incorporated in 2003 and primarily run by Susan Walter. Today, they are a husband and wife team who each hold a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Minor in Business Management, and a South Carolina Residential Builder's License. Scott is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with ERA Wilder Realty. Both have over 20 years field and office working experience for nationally recognized homebuilders prior to their work with Magnolia Custom Homes.
Magnolia Custom Homes also offers its customers real estate services that can help save you valuable time, money, and give you the confidence that you are making the right decisions. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Scott Walter has access to the Columbia Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) which is a search engine for all properties (land & homes) listed in the Columbia Market.
