Hi Scott, Susan, and Jonathan,
I'm sitting at my table overlooking Lake Murray and wanted to send you a note to say "Thank You" again for such a remarkable experience we had while working with Magnolia Custom Homes. I was initially hesitant to build due to the horror stories I've heard from others through the years.
(ex. "There's no way that it'll be done on time!", "Everyone goes over budget!", "You want a divorce, because that's how you get a divorce!" etc.)
Our experience was (thankfully) completely opposite of those initial expectations. From the first time we sat down with Scott, we felt comfortable - and it became an exciting and truly enjoyable experience.
Jonathan consistently kept us informed with where we were in the process, and helped guide us in a way which we never felt rushed; yet we never fell behind, either. While I'm sure Magnolia was building other homes simultaneously, my wife and I felt like we were your only customer from day 1 through completion. The end result is a beautiful home that was completed ahead of schedule and on budget!
The other day, a neighbor asked what I thought about Magnolia Custom Homes now that everything is complete. The first thing that came to my mind was "extraordinarily competent." That may sound insignificant on the surface, but I don't think there's a better compliment that I could give.

We would like to take time to express our deepest gratitude for giving us our "forever home". We are beyond happy and excited to move in and raise our family in our new home.
I am asked often if I would do it all again. I assume this question comes from hearing many horror stories about the process of building. Without hesitation, I tell them all that I absolutely would with Magnolia Homes. That speaks volumes to the professionalism and personal attention we felt throughout our process.
From the initial meeting with Scott to the final walk through with Kenneth, we felt that everything that was important to us was important to them. They were always fair and accommodating. Any time we brought attention to any matter of importance to us, it was handled promptly and professionally. Kenneth, who supervised the day to day activities was extremely friendly, helpful and transparent during the entire process.

I wanted to take the time to write you this note to let you know how much I enjoyed working with you and your team (BTW, I simply referred to your brother as a cloned version of you). It took me a long time to decide if I wanted to build or buy something already built (I had gotten a little scared because I heard many horror stories about the new build process). You made it easy for someone who was pretty clueless and busy. We had been told that building a custom home was a long and difficult process that could take up to a year. Our experience with Magnolia Custom Homes proved that does not have to be the case.
Working with Magnolia Custom Homes was a true joy from start to finish. From the initial planning meeting and through the entire building process, Scott and Susan were extremely organized and efficient. Progress was very fast, with our home being completed in just four months. Their pricing was transparent, fair, and honest. We were presented with clear options to help guide us through every design decision. Impacts and change requests were all handled seamlessly and professionally.
Scott and Susan listened carefully to what we wanted, and then they went right to work to make it happen. They never tried to talk us in to things, but when we needed help or asked for advice they were able to show examples or talk though why people might prefer the different options.
During construction, they watched every detail. Hardly a day went by without some form of progress on our home. Even with the fast pace of construction, they stayed on top of all activity and even jumped in to complete tasks to keep things moving.
